This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services, courses, or educational programs offered by CognitiveSystems Academy through www.cognitivesystems.academy.

By purchasing any course, program, or service from CognitiveSystems Academy, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Digital Courses and Training Programs

 

CognitiveSystems Academy provides digital educational content including courses, training materials, and learning resources. Due to the nature of digital products, access to course materials is typically granted immediately after purchase.

Once access to a course or digital resource has been provided, refunds may not be issued unless otherwise stated.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payments or accidental purchases
• Technical issues preventing access to purchased content that cannot be resolved by our support team
• Errors in billing caused by our systems

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to complete or participate in a course
• Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations not aligning with course content
• Failure to read course descriptions before purchasing

Course Access Revocation

If a refund is granted, CognitiveSystems Academy reserves the right to revoke access to all course materials, downloads, and associated resources related to that purchase.

Subscription Services

If CognitiveSystems Academy offers subscription-based services, users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but payments already processed may not be refunded unless required by law.

• Email address associated with the purchase
• Order confirmation or receipt
• Reason for the refund request

Processing of Refunds
