Explainable Intelligence™ Framework
The Explainable Intelligence™ Curriculum Framework is a research-informed approach to coding and AI education developed by the Cognitive Intelligence Lab, a research company under the Applied Computational Intelligence Institute.
What the Cognitive Intelligence Lab Does
The Cognitive Intelligence Lab operates at the intersection of cognitive science, computer science, and curriculum design. Our work spans three areas: Curriculum Research and Development — We design and rigorously test STEM, AI coding, and robotics curriculum frameworks across age groups from 7 to 18.

Explainable Intelligence™ Framework — Our signature curriculum methodology requires learners to build intelligent systems, observe how those systems behave, and explain every decision and outcome in precise language.
